Refurbishing Process for On-Ear/Over-Ear Headphones, Portable, Wireless, Home & Car Speakers 

Cosmetics Criteria:

  • 1 - All refurbished products are restored & cleaned to have like new appearance.
  • 2 - The product may have minor scratches, chips, cracks, dents or other cosmetic imperfection.
Repair Process: 
  • 1 - Parts, both cosmetic or functional, will be replaced during the refurbishing process as needed.
Testing:
  • 1 - Refurbished products must pass testing of all original features and specifications. No exceptions.
Packing:
  • 1 - Refurbished products contain all accessories shipped originally with the factory-sealed goods.
  • 2 - The accessories should look new and function as if they were new.
  • 3 - Refurbished goods will ship and a standard brown box instead of the original packaging.

 

Refurbishing Process for In-Ear Type Products

Cosmetics Criteria:
  • 1 - Used In-ear and ear-plugs are replaced with brand new ear pieces.
  • 2 - All knobs, buttons and connectors must look new and function perfectly.
  • 3 - The product may have minor scratches, chips, cracks, dents or other cosmetics imperfection.
Repair Process: 
  • 1 - Due to the nature of in-ear style products we do not repair these goods.  
  • 2 - Refurbished goods must meet all testing requirements otherwise they are scrapped.

  • 1 - Refurbished products must pass testing of all original features and specifications. No exceptions.
